SURGISCORE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Effective Date: September 16, 2026
Last Updated: September 16, 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SurgiScore, including the SurgiScore website, mobile application, surgeon profiles, ratings, reviews, scores, photographs, information, and related services and features (collectively, the “Platform”).
“SurgiScore,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the entity operating the SurgiScore Platform.
By accessing, downloading, registering for, purchasing access to, submitting content to, or otherwise using SurgiScore, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use SurgiScore.
1. PURPOSE OF SURGISCORE
SurgiScore is an independent informational and review platform designed to help users access and share information about surgeons and, where applicable, other healthcare professionals.
Users may be able to view or submit ratings, reviews, photographs, procedure experiences, outcomes, and other information.
SurgiScore provides the technology and Platform through which this information may be shared.
SurgiScore is not a medical provider, hospital, clinic, healthcare facility, medical licensing authority, credentialing organization, medical board, medical referral service, or insurance provider.
SurgiScore does not employ, supervise, control, or practice medicine with any surgeon or healthcare professional appearing on the Platform.
2. SURGISCORE DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE
All information provided through SurgiScore is for general informational purposes only.
Nothing appearing on SurgiScore constitutes:
- medical advice;
- diagnosis;
- treatment recommendations;
- surgical advice;
- a professional medical opinion;
- a doctor-patient relationship;
- medical referral;
- confirmation that a procedure is appropriate for a particular patient; or
- confirmation that a surgeon is appropriate for a particular patient.
Users should independently consult qualified healthcare professionals regarding medical conditions, procedures, diagnoses, medications, risks, benefits, alternatives, treatment options, and surgical decisions.
Never delay or disregard professional medical advice because of information, ratings, reviews, scores, photographs, or other content appearing on SurgiScore.
If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency medical services or an appropriate healthcare professional immediately.
3. REVIEWS ARE USER-GENERATED CONTENT
Reviews, ratings, comments, photographs, procedure descriptions, experiences, opinions, and other materials submitted by users are collectively referred to as “User Content.”
USER REVIEWS REPRESENT THE OPINIONS AND EXPERIENCES OF THE USERS WHO SUBMIT THEM. THEY DO NOT REPRESENT THE OPINIONS, STATEMENTS, OR CONCLUSIONS OF SURGISCORE.
SurgiScore does not author patient reviews.
Publication of a review does not mean that SurgiScore agrees with, endorses, adopts, confirms, guarantees, or independently verifies every statement contained in that review.
Individual medical and surgical experiences can vary substantially.
A positive or negative experience reported by one patient does not establish or predict the experience or medical outcome another patient may have.
4. SURGISCORE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR USER REVIEWS
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SurgiScore is not responsible for the opinions, statements, allegations, representations, conclusions, descriptions, or other content independently submitted by users.
The individual submitting User Content is responsible for that content.
SurgiScore does not guarantee that every review is:
- accurate;
- complete;
- objective;
- current;
- unbiased;
- representative;
- medically accurate; or
- applicable to another patient's circumstances.
Users should consider reviews as one source of information rather than relying on SurgiScore as the sole basis for making healthcare decisions.
5. RESPONSIBILITIES OF REVIEWERS
By submitting a review or other User Content, you represent and warrant, to the best of your knowledge, that:
- your review reflects your genuine experience and opinion;
- factual statements presented as facts are truthful and accurate;
- you have not intentionally fabricated or materially misrepresented your experience;
- you are not impersonating another patient or individual;
- you have the right to submit the content;
- your submission does not unlawfully violate another person's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
- you will not knowingly submit false, fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, harassing, or unlawful content;
- you will not submit a review in exchange for undisclosed compensation or improper consideration; and
- you will comply with applicable laws and these Terms.
The reviewer remains responsible for statements and allegations they submit regarding a surgeon, healthcare professional, medical practice, facility, or other person.
6. REVIEW VERIFICATION
SurgiScore may use verification procedures intended to improve the reliability and usefulness of reviews.
Verification may include account verification, documentation, photographs, receipts, procedure information, identity-related information, automated systems, manual review, or other methods selected by SurgiScore.
However, verification does not constitute a guarantee that every statement contained in a review is true or medically accurate.
SurgiScore cannot guarantee that documents, photographs, receipts, or other materials provided by users have not been altered, fabricated, misunderstood, or submitted without authorization.
A “Verified,” “Verified Review,” or similar designation means only that the submission satisfied SurgiScore's applicable verification process at that time.
7. REVIEW MODERATION
SurgiScore reserves the right, but does not undertake a general obligation, to review, investigate, moderate, reject, restrict, edit, disable, or remove User Content when reasonably appropriate.
SurgiScore may take action regarding content that:
- violates these Terms;
- appears fraudulent or manipulated;
- contains spam;
- contains unlawful threats or harassment;
- unlawfully reveals sensitive personal information;
- infringes intellectual property rights;
- appears to involve impersonation;
- contains prohibited advertising;
- creates legitimate safety concerns;
- is unrelated to the relevant surgeon or procedure;
- violates applicable law; or
- threatens the integrity or operation of the Platform.
SurgiScore does not guarantee that objectionable, inaccurate, fraudulent, or unlawful content will always be discovered or immediately removed.
8. NEGATIVE REVIEWS
SurgiScore does not remove a review merely because it is negative, critical, unfavorable, or disputed by the healthcare professional being reviewed.
A surgeon's disagreement with a review does not by itself establish that the review is false or violates SurgiScore's policies.
However, negative reviews are subject to the same rules as all other User Content.
SurgiScore may restrict or remove a negative or positive review if SurgiScore reasonably determines that it violates these Terms, applicable law, a valid legal requirement, or SurgiScore's applicable review policies.
9. SURGISCORE'S INDEPENDENCE FROM SURGEONS
SURGISCORE IS AN INDEPENDENT REVIEW PLATFORM.
SURGISCORE DOES NOT ACCEPT PAYMENTS, SPONSORSHIPS, ADVERTISING FEES, COMMISSIONS, REFERRAL FEES, SUBSCRIPTION FEES, PROMOTIONAL FEES, GIFTS, OR OTHER COMPENSATION FROM SURGEONS OR HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS IN EXCHANGE FOR PROMOTION, RANKING, REVIEW MANAGEMENT, OR PREFERENTIAL TREATMENT ON THE PLATFORM.
SurgiScore does not enter into paid relationships with surgeons or healthcare professionals for the purpose of promoting their medical services.
Surgeons and healthcare professionals cannot pay SurgiScore to:
- improve their rating;
- increase their score;
- increase their ranking;
- obtain favorable reviews;
- remove legitimate negative reviews;
- suppress legitimate reviews;
- modify patient reviews;
- hide unfavorable experiences;
- receive preferential moderation;
- prevent patients from submitting legitimate reviews; or
- otherwise manipulate SurgiScore's review system.
SurgiScore does not partner or collaborate with surgeons, healthcare professionals, medical practices, clinics, hospitals, healthcare facilities, representatives, or marketing agencies for the purpose of manipulating reviews.
10. NO PAY-TO-PLAY REVIEW SYSTEM
SURGISCORE DOES NOT OPERATE A PAY-TO-PLAY REVIEW SYSTEM.
A surgeon's financial resources cannot be used to purchase a better SurgiScore rating or preferential treatment.
SurgiScore does not accept payment from a surgeon to remove legitimate criticism.
SurgiScore does not sell positive reviews.
SurgiScore does not allow surgeons to purchase higher ratings or rankings.
SurgiScore does not accept compensation from surgeons in exchange for altering the presentation of independent reviews for the purpose of misleading users.
The integrity of the review system is intended to remain independent from financial relationships with the healthcare professionals being reviewed.
11. FREE PROFILE CLAIMING FOR ALL ELIGIBLE SURGEONS
ALL ELIGIBLE SURGEONS AND HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS MAY REQUEST TO CLAIM THEIR SURGISCORE PROFILE FREE OF CHARGE.
SURGISCORE DOES NOT CHARGE A SURGEON OR HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONAL TO CLAIM THEIR PROFILE.
A surgeon is not required to purchase:
- a subscription;
- advertising;
- sponsorship;
- promotional placement;
- review-management services;
- a referral arrangement; or
- any other paid service
as a condition of requesting to claim their SurgiScore profile.
SurgiScore may require reasonable identity, professional, licensing, or credential verification before approving a profile claim.
12. CLAIMING A PROFILE DOES NOT GIVE CONTROL OVER REVIEWS
Claiming a profile allows an eligible surgeon or healthcare professional to establish their association with the relevant profile and, where available, manage or request corrections to eligible factual information.
CLAIMING A PROFILE DOES NOT GIVE A SURGEON CONTROL OVER PATIENT REVIEWS.
A surgeon who claims a profile cannot use that status to:
- delete reviews;
- hide negative reviews;
- rewrite patient reviews;
- select which reviews appear;
- increase or decrease ratings;
- manipulate SurgiScore scores;
- prevent patients from submitting reviews;
- obtain preferential moderation;
- identify anonymous reviewers except where disclosure is required through applicable legal process; or
- otherwise interfere with SurgiScore's independent review system.
Claimed and unclaimed profiles are subject to SurgiScore's applicable review and moderation policies.
13. EQUAL ACCESS TO PROFILE CLAIMING
SurgiScore intends to make profile claiming available on the same free basis to eligible surgeons and healthcare professionals represented on the Platform, subject to verification requirements, technical availability, these Terms, and applicable law.
A surgeon does not receive preferential treatment in the review system simply because the surgeon has claimed their profile.
An unclaimed profile does not mean that the surgeon disputes, approves, disapproves, or is aware of the profile or its reviews.
14. CLAIMED OR VERIFIED PROFILE DOES NOT MEAN ENDORSEMENT
A “Claimed,” “Verified,” or similar profile designation means only that SurgiScore completed its applicable process for associating the healthcare professional with that profile.
A CLAIMED PROFILE DOES NOT MEAN THAT THE SURGEON PAID, SPONSORED, PARTNERED WITH, OR WAS ENDORSED BY SURGISCORE.
SurgiScore's verification of a professional's identity or profile does not constitute a guarantee regarding:
- competence;
- quality of care;
- patient safety;
- medical outcomes;
- suitability for a particular patient; or
- credentials beyond the specific information actually verified.
15. PROFILE INFORMATION AND CORRECTIONS
A surgeon who claims a profile may be permitted to provide or request corrections to factual information such as:
- name;
- practice location;
- specialty;
- education;
- professional biography;
- credentials;
- contact information; and
- other eligible professional information.
SurgiScore may independently review requested changes and may request supporting documentation.
A surgeon's ability to correct factual professional information does not extend to rewriting or deleting independent patient opinions merely because the surgeon disagrees with them.
16. SURGEON REVIEW DISPUTES
A surgeon, healthcare professional, medical practice, facility, or authorized representative may report a review that they reasonably believe is:
- fraudulent;
- fabricated;
- impersonated;
- unrelated;
- unlawfully defamatory;
- threatening;
- otherwise unlawful; or
- in violation of these Terms.
Submitting a dispute does not guarantee removal.
SurgiScore may request additional information from the reviewer or healthcare professional and may take appropriate action consistent with these Terms and applicable law.
SurgiScore is not a court, medical board, or malpractice tribunal and does not adjudicate medical malpractice disputes or determine legal liability between patients and healthcare professionals.
17. NO REFERRAL COMMISSIONS
SurgiScore does not receive commissions or referral fees from surgeons or healthcare professionals based on a user's decision to contact, consult with, select, or undergo treatment with a particular healthcare professional.
SurgiScore does not act as the surgeon's agent, employee, representative, broker, or medical referral service.
18. SURGEON PROFILES
A surgeon's appearance on SurgiScore does not necessarily mean that the surgeon created, claimed, approved, sponsored, or endorsed the profile.
Profile information may originate from healthcare professionals, users, public records, publicly available sources, or other lawful sources.
SurgiScore does not guarantee that every piece of profile information is complete, current, or error-free.
19. NO ENDORSEMENT OF SURGEONS
The presence of a surgeon on SurgiScore does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by SurgiScore.
Ratings, reviews, scores, badges, verification status, photographs, or profile completeness should not be interpreted as a SurgiScore guarantee regarding the quality or safety of a healthcare professional.
Users should independently investigate healthcare professionals before making healthcare decisions.
Relevant information may include:
- professional licensure;
- board certification;
- disciplinary history;
- education and training;
- hospital privileges;
- procedure-specific experience;
- malpractice information where lawfully available; and
- other credentials relevant to the user's circumstances.
20. SURGISCORE SCORES AND RATINGS
Any SurgiScore score, rating, ranking, badge, or similar metric is provided for informational purposes.
Scores may be calculated using reviews, ratings, profile information, algorithms, or other factors determined by SurgiScore.
A SurgiScore score does not constitute:
- medical advice;
- a professional credential;
- a medical safety determination;
- a malpractice determination;
- certification;
- a guarantee of competence; or
- a guarantee of medical outcomes.
SurgiScore may modify its scoring methodology as the Platform develops.
21. MEDICAL AND SURGICAL OUTCOMES
Medicine and surgery involve inherent risks, and outcomes vary between patients.
SurgiScore cannot guarantee the outcome of any consultation, medical treatment, cosmetic procedure, surgery, or healthcare service.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SurgiScore is not responsible for medical complications or outcomes resulting from treatment provided by independent healthcare professionals.
This may include infection, complications, dissatisfaction, scarring, disability, financial loss, emotional distress, adverse outcomes, or death.
Healthcare treatment is provided by the applicable healthcare professional—not SurgiScore.
22. PHOTOGRAPHS AND BEFORE-AND-AFTER CONTENT
Users may be permitted to upload photographs, including before-and-after photographs.
Users must have the legal right to upload photographs they submit.
Users must not upload another person's photographs without appropriate authorization.
SurgiScore does not guarantee that photographs are:
- authentic;
- unedited;
- accurately labeled;
- representative of typical results; or
- associated with the healthcare professional or procedure claimed by the uploader.
Before-and-after photographs do not constitute promises or guarantees regarding future results.
23. PERSONAL AND MEDICAL INFORMATION
Users should carefully consider what information they voluntarily publish in a review.
A review may contain information regarding a procedure, medical history, treatment experience, photographs, or other personal information.
Published reviews may be visible to other users and may potentially allow others to identify the reviewer depending on the information disclosed.
Users should not unlawfully disclose another person's private or confidential information.
24. PROHIBITED CONTENT AND CONDUCT
Users may not:
- knowingly publish fabricated reviews;
- impersonate another person;
- falsely claim to have received a procedure;
- submit fraudulent evidence;
- threaten or harass another person;
- extort healthcare professionals;
- demand money or services in exchange for changing or removing a review;
- unlawfully publish another person's sensitive information;
- manipulate ratings;
- create coordinated fake-review campaigns;
- purchase or sell reviews;
- use bots to manipulate Platform activity;
- circumvent payment or security systems;
- scrape SurgiScore without authorization;
- upload malicious software;
- infringe intellectual property rights;
- use SurgiScore for unlawful purposes; or
- interfere with the security or operation of SurgiScore.
SurgiScore may restrict or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
25. ATTEMPTS TO MANIPULATE REVIEWS
SurgiScore prohibits surgeons, clinics, employees, marketing agencies, competitors, users, and other third parties from manipulating the review system.
Examples include:
- submitting fake positive reviews;
- submitting fake negative reviews about competitors;
- purchasing reviews;
- impersonating patients;
- coordinating artificial ratings;
- using multiple accounts to manipulate scores; or
- attempting to improperly pressure SurgiScore into changing legitimate reviews.
SurgiScore may investigate suspected manipulation and may remove fraudulent content, restrict access, suspend accounts, or take other appropriate action.
26. PAID USER ACCESS
Certain SurgiScore features or content may require payment by users.
Prices and applicable features will be displayed before purchase.
Users may be charged for access to reviews, profile information, premium features, subscriptions, or other digital services offered by SurgiScore.
Payment for access does not guarantee that a user will find the information useful or that the information will lead to a particular medical, financial, or personal outcome.
27. THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT PROCESSORS
Purchases made through Apple's App Store, Google Play, or another payment provider may also be subject to that provider's terms, billing procedures, subscription requirements, and refund policies.
Where applicable, refund requests may need to be submitted directly to the payment provider through which the purchase was made.
28. REFUNDS
Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase, digital purchases may be non-refundable after the purchased content or service has been provided or made available.
Nothing in these Terms eliminates consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
29. USER ACCOUNTS
Certain SurgiScore features may require an account.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials.
Users must provide accurate information where required and must not impersonate another person.
Users may not improperly sell, transfer, rent, or share accounts.
SurgiScore may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, investigate suspected fraud, protect users, comply with applicable law, or protect the Platform.
30. AGE REQUIREMENT
You must be at least 18 years old, or the applicable age of legal majority if higher, to create an account, submit reviews, or purchase paid SurgiScore services unless otherwise permitted by applicable law.
By using those features, you represent that you satisfy the applicable age requirement.
31. LICENSE TO USER CONTENT
Users retain ownership of the original content they create, subject to the license granted in these Terms.
By submitting User Content to SurgiScore, you grant SurgiScore a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to host, store, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, format, adapt, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, protect, and provide SurgiScore.
This license is subject to applicable law and SurgiScore's Privacy Policy.
32. SURGISCORE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The SurgiScore name, logo, branding, software, interface, original graphics, designs, databases, proprietary scoring systems, and other SurgiScore-owned materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except where expressly authorized, users may not reproduce, sell, distribute, scrape, reverse engineer, republish, or commercially exploit SurgiScore's proprietary materials.
33. THIRD-PARTY INFORMATION AND SERVICES
SurgiScore may contain links, references, information, or integrations relating to third parties.
SurgiScore does not control and is not responsible for independent third-party websites, healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, payment processors, or other third-party services.
Interactions between users and third parties are between those parties.
34. NO WARRANTIES
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SURGISCORE AND THE PLATFORM ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.
SURGISCORE MAKES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE PLATFORM OR ITS CONTENT, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, AVAILABILITY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT SUCH WARRANTIES CANNOT LEGALLY BE DISCLAIMED.
SURGISCORE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:
- every review is accurate;
- every reviewer is truthful;
- every reviewer is an actual patient;
- surgeon information is complete;
- scores predict quality or outcomes;
- a healthcare professional will provide satisfactory care;
- information will always be current;
- SurgiScore will always be available without interruption; or
- the Platform will always be free from errors.
35. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SURGISCORE AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO USE OF THE PLATFORM.
THIS INCLUDES, SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE LAW, CLAIMS ARISING FROM:
- reliance on reviews;
- inaccurate or allegedly unlawful reviews;
- selection of a healthcare professional;
- medical treatment or surgery;
- adverse medical outcomes;
- disputes between patients and healthcare professionals;
- third-party conduct;
- unauthorized account activity;
- loss of data;
- Platform interruptions; or
- reliance on information obtained through SurgiScore.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
36. USER RESPONSIBILITY FOR HEALTHCARE DECISIONS
Healthcare decisions involve individualized professional medical judgment.
Users are responsible for independently evaluating healthcare professionals, procedures, facilities, risks, alternatives, credentials, and treatment options.
Your use of SurgiScore does not transfer responsibility for your healthcare decisions to SurgiScore.
A SurgiScore review or rating should not replace consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.
37. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SurgiScore and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from:
- User Content submitted by the user;
- violation of these Terms;
- violation of applicable law;
- infringement of another person's rights; or
- misuse of the Platform.
38. CONTENT REPORTING
Users and healthcare professionals may report content they reasonably believe violates these Terms or applicable law.
SurgiScore may investigate reports and take action it considers appropriate under its policies and legal obligations.
Submitting repeated fraudulent, retaliatory, or abusive reports may itself constitute misuse of SurgiScore.
39. PRIVACY
SurgiScore's collection, processing, storage, and use of personal information are governed by the SurgiScore Privacy Policy.
Users should review the Privacy Policy together with these Terms.
40. CHANGES TO THE PLATFORM
SurgiScore may add, modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue features or services from time to time.
SurgiScore does not guarantee that a particular feature, profile, review, scoring method, pricing structure, or service will remain available indefinitely.
41. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
SurgiScore may update these Terms periodically.
When required by applicable law, SurgiScore will provide appropriate notice of material changes.
The updated Terms will display a revised “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of SurgiScore after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
42. TERMINATION
SurgiScore may suspend or terminate access to the Platform where reasonably necessary because of:
- violations of these Terms;
- fraudulent activity;
- manipulation of reviews;
- security concerns;
- abuse of other users;
- unlawful activity;
- legal requirements; or
- conduct that threatens the integrity of SurgiScore.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply following termination.
43. UNITED STATES AVAILABILITY AND APPLICABLE LAW
SurgiScore is an online and mobile application operated by Gushii Tech Inc. and intended to be accessible to users throughout the United States. Surgeon and healthcare professional profiles on the Platform may relate to professionals practicing in any U.S. state or jurisdiction.
Because SurgiScore operates as a nationwide digital platform, users and healthcare professionals may be located in different states, and certain state-specific laws may apply depending on the circumstances.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive, restrict, or eliminate any consumer right or protection that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable federal or state law.
SurgiScore does not represent that laws governing healthcare professionals, medical licensing, privacy, consumer protection, professional advertising, defamation, or other matters are identical in every state.
Healthcare professionals remain independently responsible for complying with laws, regulations, licensing requirements, and professional standards applicable to their practice and jurisdiction.
44. GOVERNING LAW
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, these Terms and disputes arising out of or relating to SurgiScore shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
This governing-law provision does not eliminate or restrict rights or protections provided by applicable federal law or mandatory laws of a user's state of residence that cannot legally be waived by contract.
The availability of SurgiScore in another state does not mean that SurgiScore is incorporated, headquartered, or legally domiciled in that state.
45. INFORMAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Before initiating formal legal proceedings against SurgiScore or Gushii Tech Inc., you agree, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally.
A user seeking to initiate an informal dispute should provide written notice describing the nature of the dispute, relevant account information, the relief requested, and sufficient information for SurgiScore to evaluate the matter.
Written legal correspondence may be sent to:

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking relief where immediate action is permitted or required by applicable law.
46. STATE-SPECIFIC RIGHTS
Users may have additional rights under the laws of the state in which they reside.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, waive, or limit statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded, waived, or limited by contract.
If a provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory provision of applicable law, the mandatory provision will control to the extent of that conflict.
The remainder of these Terms will continue to apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
47. SURGISCORE IS A NATIONWIDE INFORMATION PLATFORM
SurgiScore provides a technology platform through which users may access information and share experiences concerning surgeons and healthcare professionals throughout the United States.
SurgiScore's nationwide availability does not make SurgiScore or Gushii Tech Inc. the employer, agent, partner, representative, credentialing authority, medical supervisor, or healthcare provider of any surgeon or healthcare professional appearing on the Platform.
Healthcare professionals appearing on SurgiScore remain independent from SurgiScore.
SurgiScore does not receive compensation from surgeons or healthcare professionals for ratings, rankings, profile claiming, favorable reviews, review removal, referrals, or preferential treatment.
All eligible surgeons and healthcare professionals throughout the United States may request to claim their SurgiScore profile FREE OF CHARGE, subject to SurgiScore's applicable identity and professional verification procedures.
Claiming a profile does not create a partnership, employment relationship, agency relationship, sponsorship, endorsement, or other professional relationship between SurgiScore, Gushii Tech Inc., and the healthcare professional.
